A LITTLE BIT ABOUT ME

My name is Mike, a 31 year old professional currently living in London. I never thought that at this stage of my life, sleep would be a topic of discussion. Growing up, I never struggled with sleep. It was only when I reached my final year of University that sleep became an issue. Having gone through so much at that time, (which i'll explain in my posts), sleep became a massive issue to the point where it felt like an uncontrollable, self-sabotaging alter ego, affecting several areas of my life. I felt like good sleep was a myth, never to be experienced again, until I took the time to reflect on the root cause and unlearn the bad habits that kept me stuck. My experience made me understand the importance of a good night's sleep and the impact a lack of sleep has on our everyday lives. and I created this blog to share with you the steps I have taken to be able to sleep peacefully again.

My Mission

My goal is simple. To prevent many others from going through what I went through as a result of insomnia and to be able to live life to the full, enjoying everything life has to offer.

My experience has taught me that it’s only those who have struggled with the issue itself that can truly understand the magnitude of it, which is why you can be sure that my content will be effective for you.
